Initial public offer of upto 32,95,000* equity shares of face value of  10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of ARC Insulation & Insulators Limited ("the Company" or "the Offer") at an offer price of 125 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to 41.19 crores comprising of fresh offer of upto 30,45,000 equity shares aggregating to 38.06 crores ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of upto 2,50,000 equity shares by Manish Bajoria ("Selling Shareholder") aggregating to 3.13 crores ("Offer for Sale") ("Public Offer"). The offer includes a reservation of upto 1,65,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- each, at an offer price of 125 per equity share for cash, aggregating 2.06 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of upto 31,30,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- each, at an offer price of 125 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto
