  3. History of the company, Quality of the Management & their track record.
  4. How company is faring against its peers?
  5. Financials of the company.
  6. Use of funds collected by the company.
  7. Management view & vision about the industry.
  8. Their clients lists and profile
  9. Their legal track record like cheque bounced cases against the company or its promoters is a negative for the company.
  10. Finally, are you paying the right price to buy a business? Does the financial performance & growth justifies the price company is asking?
