Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby resubmit the Board Meetings Outcome dated 12' November 2024 with some typographical rectification in the draft Outcome which was originally submitted and approved on 12' November 2024 as mentioned below: 1. The Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 2024 along with the Limited Review Report thereon. (Annexure - A). 2. Appointment of Ms. Devanshi Shah as a Compliance officer and Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 12 November 2024. Additional details for the same has been attached as an Annexure B to this outcome. The Board Meeting commenced at 13:30 (IST) and concluded at 20:00 (IST).
