Approved the Appointment of Mr. Sandeep Patel (DIN: 08313051) as Non- Executive - Independent Director of the Company. 2. Approved the Reconstitution of Committees of the Board of Directors namely Audit Committee Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Stakeholder and Relationship Committee. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 05:30 P.M. and concluded at 05:45 P.M.
