Purusant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015 we would like to inform that the company had made an application to ROC Ahmedabad for extension of due date for holding the AGM of the company for FY March 31 2025 and the ROC their order Dated 29/08/2025 granted their approval to the company for Extending the due date for holding the AGM by 1 month and 30 days. we received approval letter by email on 15th Sep. 2025 11-06 pm attached herewith.
