Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are glad to inform that the Company has acquired additional 731461 equity shares i.e. 4.84% stake pursuant to acceptance of Right Issue offer letter received from 'Preciso Metall Private Limited' (Subsidiary Company). The total holding of the Company after such acquisition is 3929666 equity shares i.e 59.84% of Rs. 10/- each in a Subsidiary Company. Kindly take the same on your record.
