Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that our Company has received a work order (WO) worth Rs. 24.35 Cores (excluding GST) from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (a Domestic Corporation) located at Mumbai India for the work of Preventive Maintenance work Of Eastern Freeway from P. Dmello Road to Ghatkopar Mankhurd Link Road which shall be completed within 9 months. The promoter/ promoter group/ group companies do not have any interest in the Issuer company that has awarded the order. The transaction does not fall into a related party transaction.
