As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday 01st April 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2025 to the Stock Exchange.
