Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III we hereby submit the proceeding of 31st Annual General Meeting of One Global Service Provder Limited ( Formerly known as Overseas Synthetic Limited) ('the Company') held on Monday 11th September 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/ other Audio visual means to transact the businesses as per the notice of the AGM.
