This is to inform you under Regulation 30 and any other regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Tuesday December 19 2023 and the said meeting commenced at 06.10 p.m. and concluded at 06.45 p.m. In that meeting the Board has decided the following matters: 1. Considered and allotted 20000000 (Two Crores) Warrants at issue price of Rs. 13.50/- per warrant convertible into 20000000 (Two Crores) Equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each at Rs. 13.50/- (including premium of Rs. 11.50/- per share) to the promoters group and non-promoters group on preferential basis. 2. Considered and appointed Mrs. Sangeeta Amit Khyani as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from December 20 2023. Kindly take the same on your record.
