Suditi Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window     Back

This is to inform you that pursuant to provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Directors Designated Persons Designated Employees Connected Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from January 01 2024 till 48 hours(forty-eight hours) after the date of the Board meeting wherein inter-alia the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31 2023 would be considered. Accordingly all the Directors Designated Persons and Other Connected persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
